We know how to work with each of our customers to stay within their budget. We have quantity discounts available for color and black printing. Trying to save some $$ ? How about printing your document in black on colored paper? We have a variety of pastel and bright colors to choose from. Give us a call to discuss your options.

The easiest and most effective way to advertise is with a business card.
Everyone should have them!
There are many styles of cards and we can help you with a very simple card with text only to get you started quickly. We can also insert your logo or design a logo if needed. Check out the examples to get some ideas for your card.
Come in for a consultation. Keep in mind that you should think about the information you want to include as well as colors, fonts and pictures or logos.

| Programs |
Perfect for plays, concerts or any event. The three color examples are finished 8.5x5.5 but we can produce other sizes as well. The black and white example is a finished 8.5x11.
There are many options to choose from such as a color cover with black text interior or one page to several pages.

| Newsletters |
We print newsletters for a variety of different organizations. The CBA or Colchester Business Association is printed black and white on matte paper on one large sheet of 11x17 and folded. To complete their newsletter a single sheet of 8.5x11 (letter size) is inserted.
The BAEC (Builders Association of Eastern CT) and Eolian which is the name of the Harkness Park newsletter have similar preferences. They both prefer color on glossy paper finished with a saddle stitch. See binding section for definition on saddle stitch.

A local realtor from CT Town & Country who prints her monthly newsletter called Anna’s Home News prefers black and white on yellow paper with a saddle stitch. See binding section for definition on saddle stitch.
The Colchester Historical Society prints their newsletter quarterly. It is one sheet of 8.5x11 (letter size) on ivory cardstock. It is double sided black and white. We fold in half and place a tab to close and finish this newsletter for mailing.
We also print a wide variety of newsletters that are on 8.5x11 (letter size) and stapled in the upper left corner similar to a packet style. There are many different factors to consider when printing a newsletter such as color versus black and white, size, type of paper and finishing options. Please call us for your quote.

Perfect Bind
Perfect binding is a popular option which gives results similar to paperback books. The bind consists of various sections with a heavier paper cover, glued together at the spine with a strong but flexible glue.

Saddle Stitch
Stapling through the centerfold, a process called saddle-stitching, joins multiple pages into a single magazine-style issue. Comic books and are a well-known example of saddle-stitching.

Roll Laminating with Nap-Lam II
The weight is measured at 3mil. Lamination is a clear polyester substrate coated with a low-temperature copolymer adhesive. We are able to laminate up to 24 inches wide and prices begin at $3.00 per square foot.
